After years working for large roofing companies, our founder, David Chen, saw the same problem again and again: homeowners were treated like numbers, not people. In 2016, David decided to build something different – a roofing company where honesty, quality, and direct communication come first. With just a ute and a vision, UrbanFix began restoring roofs across Melbourne, one home at a time.
